Service Description

Puck handling falls into many categories. It's not just aboout skating with the puck or stick handling around a defender, it's also about puck protection, passing reception and the ability to shoot quicker. We will diving into all of the aspects of stick management and how to efficienciently handle the puck first by investigating the fundamentals, then by adding pressure to the equation. This is a 9 week program that takes place Sunday mornings. Location: Stowe Arena Recommended Ages 10+ Equipment: Full hockey gear required
